The team behind the loveable web3 game, My Pet Hooligan, has regretfully announced a delay in the release of the eagerly anticipated Alpha 1.5 update. Although the new build is complete, the developers are awaiting the completion of the Quality Assurance process by Epic Store, which could take an unspecified number of days or even weeks.
The delay, while disappointing for both the development team and the game's enthusiastic community, is also a chance for further enhancements. The upcoming release promises an improved user experience, Epic Server matchmaking, a free-for-all mode with three different battle zones, basic player profiles, KPI tracking, and exciting new skateboarding and map builds.
The team is exploring additional activations and prizes for the community build to make up for the delay. A livestream is scheduled for 12th March at 11:00 PT to discuss the situation and other updates. Any players who were looking forward to My Pet Hooligan Alpha 1.5 will just have to patiently wait some more, but these types of delays are completely normal in the gaming industry and most of the times bring out a better product for players to enjoy.
